Our Story

I've spent years developing training material, and in that time I saw the same thing over and over: capable, hardworking people held back not by ability, but by a lack of access to practical digital skills.
Most online courses weren't built with African learners in mind. They assumed fast, reliable internet. They assumed advanced computer knowledge. They assumed a certain level of English. For so many people I met, none of that matched reality — and the courses that were meant to open doors ended up feeling like they were built for someone else.
I started Techari to build something different: training that's simple, practical, affordable, and genuinely relevant to the challenges people actually face — whether that's applying for a job overseas, growing a small business, or building confidence with a computer for the first time.
